Josh is a certified Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Adwords Specialist. He has worked with companies of all shapes and sizes to help them understand how to track their data more effectively. He is passionate about using data to assist with strategic marketing and also bridging the gap between creatives, analysts and developers.

In his spare time he writes rock operas, tap dances, and loves playing strategic board games.

Jamey DiLorenzo

With an eclectic past where he dabbled in the arts, customer service, and corporate training, Jamey ultimately walked down the business management path, getting his MBA and CPA. He opted to embrace his love of numbers and logic to help businesses perform their best, adding strategy to further round out his varied skillset. Jamey couldn’t be happier to come full circle and get involved again in creative services, with the added ability to be a problem solver and put together the pieces to build business efficiencies.

In his spare time, you might find Jamey laughing over a board game, making baby animals fall in love with him, or singing songs that are just a bit too high for him.

The driving force behind all of Pete's projects is his unyielding passion for creative expression. With a background in fine arts, including painting and drawing, he channels his appreciation for beauty into the digital world. Over the past 15 years, he has been fine tuning his craft in graphic design, photography, video production/editing, music production, and animation. His philosophy is to treat every project as a potential masterpiece, whether it is an outlet for his own amusement or a professional job for a client.

In his spare time, you may find Pete performing in silly musicals, making healthy smoothies, or dancing in a funky disco outfit.

Paul Impellizeri

Paul studied Entertainment and Arts Management at Drexel and spent years working in event marketing and concert promotions in Philadelphia.  He was first introduced to Digital Marketing when he was assigned to work on email marketing campaigns at RCA/Jive Records in New York in 2011.  It was there that he first found his passion for creative marketing with an outside-of-the-box approach to helping musicians gain exposure. He has spent the past 6 years managing social media accounts for businesses large and small while also building websites that are both design and functionality driven.

When he’s not working, Paul plays bass in Indie Rock band Cheerleader and wanders around town in search for the perfect cup of coffee.

Dan is GB's tech guru, overseeing all web and software development and technical strategy. He is proficient in many languages and development methodologies, and prides himself in the ability to change platforms and languages as a particular project requires. He finds great satisfaction in building systems that solve real-world problems, and is interested in making technology more accessible and intuitive for everyone.

In his spare time you can find Dan attempting to cook, drinking various juices, and playing bass.

Natalya has a B.A. in Advertising, with a minor in Communications Studies from Rowan University. She's spent the last 11 years in Philadelphia perfecting her craft in client relationships, working with clients from nearly every industry. She is an experienced Brand and Client Relations Manager with a demonstrated history of skills in Project Management, Social Media, Production, Business Development, Marketing Strategy, and Digital Advertising.

When she isn't working, she is traveling the globe or planning the next adventure. She is the mother to an adorable 11 year old cat named Sebastian and the mother of 36+ plant children.
